Your Wild Sexuality treasure will be tenderly wrapped by loving hands and sent on its journey within 2 days of your order. We entrust our partners AnPost, Fedex, DHL, and DPD to guide it to you swiftly and with utmost care. Should any hiccups arise, please reach out to our devoted team.
You will be notified as soon as your treasure is dispatched, allowing you to follow its path to you. We pledge to guide your treasure to you with all haste, but please understand that we cannot be held accountable for any unforeseen delays caused by the forces of nature, our partners or other external factors beyond our control.
When it comes to items that are crafted specifically for your desires, we can generally send them on their way within a time frame of 3-6 weeks from the moment you place your order. If you are hoping to obtain your treasure within a certain time frame, just reach out to us to explore what we can make possible. However, during busier seasons or when the piece in question is particularly intricate, it may take a bit longer for it to be prepared for shipment. As for items that are adorned with engravings, kindly allow for a grace period of an additional week before we can dispatch your order.
PACKAGING
Our packaging is as natural, reusable, and compostable. You will not receive any plastic packaging with your order.
We are not content with merely being eco-friendly, we take it a step further with the softest of cotton that tenderly embraces our wooden pipes and our other items. Our packaging is a testament to the tenderness and care with which we handle our products.We use cotton cloth, homemade cloth string, paper tape and cardboard boxes, to bring our products to your doorstep.
We want to honour the magic of nature and her endless bounty, this is reflected in the choices we make. Our packaging is a reflection of this reverence, a testament to our desire to coexist in harmony and betterment, to give back to her as she has given to us.

For those precious items that were carefully selected and ordered between the 10th and 23rd of December, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as planned. We want to assure you that during this special time, we have extended our window for returns, allowing for these special pieces to be returned to us until and including the 10th of January 2023.
CUSTOMS
As our precious parcels embark on a journey to destinations outside of the EU, they may encounter the delicate dance of customs duties and import taxes. These intricacies vary depending on the location of the recipient and it is your responsibility to get informed on what to expect. We understand that these matters of customs and duties can be overwhelming and we regret to inform you that these will be your responsibility to attend to.
It is also important to note that clearance and customs procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. These procedures are controlled by the customs department in the importing country and as such, it can be difficult for us to expedite the process. Orders may be held and checked at random, which may impact delivery timing and is out of our control. Rest assure that we will do our best to ensure that your package arrives to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely enamoured with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer an exchange of any items that are returned to us within 14 days of their arrival to your doorstep. We regret that any returns received outside of this designated window may not be accepted or given an exchange for. At this time we are unable to offer a refund for any treasures purchased.
It is of the utmost importance that all items are returned to us in their original, untouched condition and in their original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. Additionally, we do not accept returns on any made-to-order, bespoke or engraved pieces, as these are crafted especially for you.
Before sending your precious items back to us, we kindly request that you reach out to our team via email. Our goal is to process returns within 3 working days of receipt, however, during busier periods, it may take us a bit longer.
Unfortunately as a very small business at this time we are unable to either provide complimentary returns labels or cover the cost of return shipments for all orders. To ensure your return is not held in customs, please include the text "return shipment to origin" on the outside of the parcel.
SMOOTH DELIVERY & LOST PARCELS
If the parcel that you were so eagerly anticipating has been marked as delivered, yet it seems to have eluded you. This is such an incredibly frustrating and disappointing situation for all. Unfortunately, once the package has been handed over to the postal service, it is out of our control to ensure its safe arrival. To avoid such issues, we would highly recommend providing a secure and dependable location address for deliveries and a telephone number.
Additionally, you may want to consider leaving specific instructions for the delivery person, such as asking them to leave the package with a trustworthy neighbour or in a safe place. We are more than willing to file a claim with the insurance company in order to receive a refund and then replace or refund your items if and when the claim is approved. We appreciate your support and patience during this process.
